Blocking of E-Way Bill (EWB) generation facility for taxpayers with AATO over Rs 5 Cr.- Reg



In terms of Rule 138 E (b) of the CGST Rules, 2017, the E Way Bill generation facility of a person is liable to be restricted, in case the person fails to file their GSTR-3B returns, for a consecutive period of two months or more.

 



As you might be aware that the GST Council in its last meeting has decided that this provision will be made applicable for the taxpayers whose Aggregate Annual Turn Over (AATO, PAN based) is more than Rs 5 Crores.  

 



Thus, if the GSTIN associated with the respective PAN (with AATO over Rs 5 Cr.) has failed to file their GSTR-3B Return for 02 or more tax periods, up to the month of tax period of  August, 2020, their EWB generation facility will be blocked on the EWB Portal. Please note that the EWB generation facility for such GSTINs (whether as consignor or consignee or by transporter) will be blocked on EWB Portal after 15th October, 2020.



 

To avail continuous EWB generation facility on EWB Portal, you are therefore advised to file your pending GSTR 3B returns immediately.



 

Please ignore this mail if:

1)     You are not registered on the EWB portal or

2)     You have already filed your GSTR-3B Return for August, 2020 or

3)     Your AATO (PAN based) is below Rs 5 Cr.

Hello Friends,

In this Article i am telling you How to apply PAN Card Online and How to get PAN Card online within five minute.

before i start the process i will tell you the requirement for this process and requirement for aplly PAN card online.
Requirements  are not tough & hard its very simple ,

Requirements :-

You should have only Aadhar Card (having Registered Mobile No)

Mobile Number should be registered with your Aadhar card so that you can get the OTP.

Follow these Simple steps : -



Step : -1  Open this link  Official Website of Income Tax India        (Click here)

Step : - 2  Click on " Instant PAN through Aadhar " on Left side pannel (As you can See in this Image








Step :- 3  After Click on "Instant PAN through Aadhar " Open  new screen, You have to click on " Get New PAN" as you can see in this Image





In this screen you can see other button that is " Check Status/Download PAN, when you already applied PAN then you can download your PDF copy of PAN by Clicking here, just put your Aadhar number and OTP nad get your PAN PDF copy.

So now we proceed to Step : -4


Step :- 4    Put your Aadhar Number Ener captcha  Code and then click on " Generate Aadhar OTP"

Step : - 5 Review & Submitt


Now on your screen your all details like Name, Date of Birth, Address , Photo all data Appear as same as updated in your Aadhar card.

Now you Click on Proceed Button.


Step : -6  Email Confirmation (Optional)


just required Email confirmation as Email update in Aadhar detail, You can Skip this Step or You can Confirm the Email by Entering OTP received On your E-mail.


Step : -7    Congrats Your PAN Card is Ready  Download your PAN


Come to home Screen, as you follow in Step : -2 and Click on "Check Status/Download PAN


Now you have to Only enter your aadhar number and OTP , Now you can Download your PDF Copy of PAN.

remember this PAN card holds same value As Physical PAn card.

File your ITR in 6 simple Steps for FY 2019-20 AY 2020-21 | ITR-1 & ITR-4 | Income Tax return in India


Hello friends,


Today in this article i am going to tell you that now ITR-1 & ITR-4 available for E-filing and Other ITRs will be available shortly.


Here i am going to tell how one can file income tax return and what point should be keep in their mind during the filing of Income Tax Return (ITR) and what types of information / documents you have.

So don't worry guys your professional guide is here and always with you , keep patience and follow some steps.

Here i guide you step by step  i treat you as you first time Income Tax Return (ITR) filer.

So, be ready guys and follow these Steps:-

Step-1 Register Youself

Register yourself on E-filing Portal , Click below on this link you will redirected to e-Filing website. You can watch full video here how to register yourself on Income Tax Portal








Step - 2  Login on Income Tax Portal

Now you have ID & Password for Login on Income Tax Portal, your PAN number will be Your ID and Password as you keep during Register yourself on Income Tax Portal as follow by you in Step-1

Step3 Decide what ITR you have to filled


Don't worry let me help you , 

ITR-1 ---  If you are individual and having total income upto rs. 50 Lakh having Income From salaries and One House property and Agricultural Income upto Rs. 5 thousands then you have to file ITR-1

and

ITR-4  --- If you are individual, HUF and Firms (Other than LLP) having total income upto Rs. 50 Lakh from business / Profession (Income from PGBP) then you have to file ITR-4  (By chossing ITR-4 you have to show your Profit \ Income  atleast 8% of total Revenue / Turnover.





Step - 4  Proceed main part

After Login and Decide which ITR Suitable for you now you proceed main part of ITR Filing



Now you are on Dashboard of Income Tax E-filing portal

Go to e-File Tab  --- Click on Income Tax Return  ---select Assessment Year -- Select ITR form number (As you decide in Step-3)  -- and in Submission Mode select "Prepare & Submit Online"




Now ITR form Open on your screen.

General Information Filed automatically as per data given by you at the time of registration.

In this General Tab there are Three Extra question insert from FY 2019-20 & AY 2020-21 namely

 

1. Have you deposited amount or aggregate of amounts exceeding Rs. 1 crore in One or More current account during the previous year ? 

2.  Have you incurred expenditure of an amount or aggregate of amount exceeding Rs. 2 Lakh for travel to a foreign country for yourself or for any other person ?

3.  Have you incurred expenditure of amount or aggregate of amount exceeding Rs. 1 lakh on Consumption of electricity during the previous Year ?

If your answer is YES any of the above question then you have to put the Figure.


Step - 5  Fill Your Details

Fill your income details (If you have ITR-1 then you fill your salary and deduction amount, and if you have ITR-4 then fill your Business name and activity in BP tab and fill total receipts and Income , but should be keep in mind profit should be atleast 8% of Turnover / Receipts.


Step - 6  Verification

After filing your Income and Deduction detail now you have to proceed verification tab and fill your bank details and Place.

and select verification mode whether you verify with Aadhar OTP or Send the Acknowledgement copy CPC bangalore and submit your ITR and download acknowledgement copy.

Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package | Reconciliation of Rs. 20 Lakh Crore

Hello Friends,

Today in this article i am going to explain the breakup of Rs. 20 Lakh Crore Package.



Narendra Modi announce Rs. 20 Lakh Crore Package




Here's all you need to know about the 5 tranches of the package announced by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to help the farmers, migrant workers, etc. and to revive the industrial sector.

On 12 May 2020, Prime Minister Narender Modi announced  " Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan" package of Rs. 20 Lakh crore to revive the indian economy to help farmers, migrant workers, etc. and to revive the industrial sector. The package Included Rs. 8 Lakh Crore in Liquidity measures announced by the RBI. 

This package is 10% of India's total GDP. The details about the package were announced by the our finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman in 5 tranches.

So basically in this article  i am going to discuss all the 5 tranches one by one and Rs. 20 lakh crore segregation. In other words I am going to present to you Reconciliation of Rs. 20 Lakh Crore.

All About MSME | MSME Registration | Limit of MSME | Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan

Now, I am going to explain each topic ony-by-one


                                           What is meant by MSME  ?


MSME stands for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In accordance with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act in 2006, the enterprises are classified into two divisions. The First is : - 

Manufacturing enterprisesengaged in the manufacturing or production of goods in any industry.

and the second is : - 

Service enterprises  engaged in providing or rendering services.


                                   What is the Limit for MSME  ?

here we discuss Revised Limit for MSME however here i am attaching photo of Existing & Revised :- 

For Manufacturing Enterprises & Services (Revised)  : - 



  • Micro Enterprises :   Investment in Plant & Machinery or Equipment  should be less than Rs. 1 Crore and Turnover less than Rs. 5 Crore.

  • Small Enterprises : -     Investment in Plant & Machinery or Equipment  should be less than Rs. 10 Crore and Turnover less than Rs. 50 Crore.

  • Medium Enterprises : - Investment in Plant & Machinery or Equipment  should be less than Rs. 20 Crore and Turnover less than Rs. 100 Crore.


      

                                 What is the Benefit of MSME Registration  ?
  

Registration of an MSME is not legally mandatory but registering it will help you reap several benefits from the government including credit at low interest rate, incentives on products for exports, excise exemption, statutory aid such as reservations, and the interest on the payments delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. Even now msme registration known as udyog aadhar registration from the 2015.
The benefits offered to MSME enterprises are based on the classification of Micro, Small and Medium sized enterprises.


                                Who can Apply for MSME  ?


MSME registration or Udyog Aadhaar can be obtained by any type of business entity. Proprietorships, Hindu Undivided Family, Partnership Firm, One Person Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Private Limited Company, Limited Company, Producer Company, any association of persons, co-operative societies or any other undertaking can obtain MSME registration in India. Small businesses having MSME registration enjoy various benefits under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. Hence, it is recommended that all small businesses obtain MSME registration or Udyog Aadhaar after starting up.


           Documents / Details Required for MSME Registration


  • Aadhar Card (If Sole Proprietor) (Mobile No must be linked with Aadhar)

  • PAN Card

  • Business Address Proof

  • Copies of Sale Bill & Purchase Bill

  • Partnership Deed / MOA and AOA

  • Copy of Licenses and Bill of machinery Purchased.

  • Bank Details (Like : IFSC Code, Account No.)

  • Investment in Plant & Machinery

  • No. of Labour
